Due to the nature of the garments and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the you have placed your order.
Standard ground shipping takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Dresses are shipped out as soon as possible. You may choose to expedite shipping if your wear date is sooner by selecting one of the expedited shipping options. Dresses that are special ordered from the manufacturer will take a little longer. The dress will be shipped to us, then we will ship it to you as per your shipping choice, or you may be contacted to expedite shipping if your wear date is close. You are responsible for any expedited shipping charges including additional charges that may be incurred over what the estimated cost shows. If you order Friday after 12 PM EST or Saturday or Sunday, it will be Monday before we can process your order. We will notify you as soon as possible with availability and shipping information. PLEASE monitor your email address for important information regarding your order. Orders placed after 10 AM EST may not ship until the
